Open Parachute - Industry Leading UX

We prefer working with our clients on a Longer Term Basis. Becoming deeply familiar with the subject matter over time enables us to create increased value, with better, more user centric experiences for our Clients’ users.

Just getting ready to leave for the airport from DC. Conference was a huge success. We were literally the talk of the conference.

I also met with a half dozen K-12 education consultants/experts who were part of the conference. The all loved the platform and everyone of them commented on how good the design and UX was. The most senior of them all said:

“I’ve seen most of your competitors. If this isn’t the market leading product, I don’t know what is”

Open Parachute

We worked with Open Parachute in identifying that a huge volume of content that was not visible to users. Users had no idea about all the hidden gems of value that the platform contained. Some features were buried at least 10 clicks in.

The platform had huge amounts of unrealized value, though no one could see any of it. In reality, neither could we.

In collaboration with Open Parachute, we set about to fix this very issue. Taking significant amounts of time to understand all this hidden value, bringing all this value to the front of the application. We highlighted all the amazing content the platform had to offer, and made hidden content and menus visible. We greatly improved the UX for users, improving usability and leading to large increase in platform sales.
